Welcome to Goweweb. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Goweweb provides digital design services, including but not limited to website design, product UI, landing pages, branding, and other related creative work. Services are typically offered through fixed-scope projects or monthly retainers.

2. Communication

All requests and communication take place via approved channels (e.g., Slack, email, or our client portal). You are responsible for providing clear direction and assets.

3. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver initial drafts or updates within 48 business hours, depending on the complexity of the request. Delays caused by client feedback, incomplete briefs, or additional revisions may affect timelines.

4. Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur extra fees or require upgraded plans.

5. Ownership

All final approved designs become your property upon full payment. Goweweb retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments are due upfront, either monthly or per project, depending on your plan. We do not offer refunds for completed work. A 50% partial refund may be available if no meaningful work has begun and requested within 7 days of payment.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing period. Goweweb reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Goweweb shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or from any delays, errors, or omissions.
